Pro subscribers can use the AI Trip Planner. When you generate a trip plan, your inputs (terrain, rig details, kit list) are sent to our API to generate a response. We do not store or sell this data. The feature requires an internet connection and is intended for use before you leave for the trail.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
Rig profiles, kit checklists, bookmarks, and saved trip plans are stored locally on your device. Deleting the app removes this data. We retain account and subscription records only as long as necessary to provide service and meet legal obligations.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. California residents have additional rights under CCPA. EU residents have rights under GDPR.
Ovrlander is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
All content in Ovrlander is for educational purposes only. Always exercise appropriate judgment in real-world situations. The app does not replace professional training or the advice of experienced overlanders.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
